-RSVP-

When you RSVP, please use the comment area of the RSVP form to indicate whether you will be able to attend the Celebration Dinner.

-Rehearsal-

The wedding party and immediate family (parents, grandparents & siblings) are invited to join us for the wedding rehearsal. We will begin at 10 AM, June 15 in the Sanctuary of the Otter Creek Church. See map below.

-Rehearsal Luncheon-

All those attending the wedding rehearsal are invited to a Rehearsal Luncheon immediately following the wedding rehearsal. We have reservations in the "Basement Room" at Buca di Beppo in the Cool Springs/Franklin area at 12 noon. See map below.

-Celebration Dinner-

All family members (and if you consider yourself part of the family--or consider us part of yours, this includes you!) are invited to a Celebration Dinner at 6:30 pm, June 15. We want to have a bit of relaxed, informal time to visit with you all. PLEASE use the Comments section of our online RSVP form to indicate whether you will be able to attend this dinner and how many from your party will be present.

Our dear friends Nick and Janet Winn have secured the use of their community club house for this event. They live in the Carronbridge subdivision, in the Cool Springs area. If you are unfamiliar with this area, please use the map below for directions. Otherwise, head east on Cool Springs Blvd, east of I-65. Carronbridge Way is the first right after the Suntrust bank on your right. When you reach the stop sign at the end of Carronbridge Way, you will also be facing the club house. Find a place to park (either in the lot or on the street) and join the celebration!

-Hotel-

The Hubbards have secured a special group rate at the Hampton Inn & Suites in the Franklin, TN/ Cool Springs area. This hotel is just a few miles (and an easy drive) from the church building and is also within walking distance of the Cool Springs Galleria (that's a mall) & several restaurants. Dozens more restaurants can be found within a mile of the hotel.

The rates below are available for June 14-17, 2007. That's Thursday through Sunday. The last day to make reservations and receive these rates is May 14, 2007. Any reservations made after this date will NOT receive a discounted rate. There are a limited number of rooms available at this discounted rate.
